At For My Toddler, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and under the best conditions possible. This policy details our delivery and return procedures.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY ZONES

We currently deliver to mainland France and throughout Europe.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment validation.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Mainland France: 7 to 15 business days
  • Europe: 10 to 18 business days

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the time of year.

DELIVERY COSTS

  • Free delivery for all orders over €50
  • Standard delivery fee: €4.90 for orders under €50

CARRIER

Our packages are shipped via La Poste / Colissimo with a tracking number.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real-time.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

In case of a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@formytoddler.com with your order number and photos if the package is damaged. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

 Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with French law (articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to conditions.

 How to make a return

Step 1: Inform us

Contact us by email at contact@formytoddler.com stating:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (optional, but appreciated)

Step 2: Prepare the package

  • Carefully pack the product(s) in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories, instructions, and labels
  • Attach a copy of your invoice or delivery note
  • Indicate your order number inside the package

Step 3: Ship the package

Return the package to the following address:

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Keep your proof of shipment.

 Return conditions

To be accepted, returned products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • Complete with packaging, labels, and accessories
  • You have 14 days from receipt of the product to notify us of your withdrawal, then an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain products cannot be returned once unsealed:

  • Opened teats and bottles
  • Opened care products and cosmetics
  • Unsealed underwear and bodysuits
  • Personalized or custom-made products

 Return costs

Standard return: Return costs are your responsibility.

Free return: Return costs are our responsibility in the following cases:

  • Defective or non-conforming product
  • Error in preparing your order
  • Product damaged during transport

In these cases, contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

 Return processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation of receipt
  • We will check the condition of the product (within 2-3 business days)
  • We will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the return
  • The refund will be processed within 30 days if the return is accepted

 Product exchange

We do not perform direct exchanges. To obtain a different product:

  1. Return the initial product for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

 Defective products

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@formytoddler.com
  2. Send us photos of the defect
  3. We will provide you with a free return label
  4. We will proceed with replacement or full refund

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to conditions.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us of your decision to withdraw by:

  • Email: contact@formytoddler.com
  • Indicating your order number and the products concerned

RETURN PERIOD AND TERMS

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the product(s) to us.

Return conditions:

Products must be returned:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unused and in perfect condition
  • With all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by the invoice

RETURN COSTS

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. For My Toddler cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return.

REFUND

We will process the refund within a maximum of 30 days from:

  • The receipt of the returned product, or
  • The receipt of proof of shipment of the return

The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the initial order, unless otherwise agreed by you.

Refund amount:

  • Price of the returned product(s)
  • Initial shipping costs (only if the entire order is returned)
  • Return costs remain your responsibility

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening their sealed packaging:

  • Baby teats and pacifiers
  • Nursing pads
  • Any product in direct contact with baby's skin or mouth

These products can, however, be returned if they are defective or non-conforming.

DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product or one that does not conform to your order:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@formytoddler.com
  2. Attach photos of the product and its packaging
  3. Indicate your order number

We will cover the return costs and proceed with the replacement or full refund of the product as soon as possible.

EXCHANGE

We do not perform direct exchanges. If you wish to have another product or a different size/color:

  1. Return the initial product for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

LEGAL WARRANTY

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
